As you walk amongst the wonders of the Whakarewarewa Valley, our Maori guide explains the history of the village, where the Tuhourangi / Ngati Wahiao tribe have lived for over 200 years. See the world-famous Pohutu geyser erupt up to 30 meters surrounded by a  steaming volcanic landscape of boiling mud, hot pools, and thermal vents.
